We are a group of educators and beekeepers dedicated to inspiring people to make the changes necessary for the survival of the honeybee population, as well as other pollinating insects, through workshops, presentations, and hands-on activities at our southeast Nebraska farm.
We are dedicated to improving our environment and fostering a sustainable future by partnering with area businesses, community leaders, educational organizations, friends, and neighbors. Our goal is to educate others about the importance of pollinating insects, including honeybees, and their role in our environment.

Aunt Bea’s Apiary is fortunate to have 3 educators on its board of directors who have collaborated to develop a curriculum that meets the needs of a wide range of audiences. We have activities and presentations for lower elementary students, middle grades, and high school through adult.
